1. Refund and Return Policy for Pu’er Tea (Food Products)
We take great care to ensure the quality and safety of our Pu’er tea. Due to the nature of food products, the following conditions apply:
- Unopened Packages: Refunds are available for unopened packages of Pu’er tea within 30 days of purchase. The package must remain sealed, and proof of purchase is required.
- Opened Packages: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened packages of tea, unless there is an active product recall.
- Product Recalls: If a product recall is issued, affected items are eligible for a full refund or exchange, regardless of whether the package has been opened. We will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed in such cases.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
2. Refund and Return Policy for Tea Accessories (Non-Food Products)
We want you to be completely satisfied with our tea accessories. For non-food items, the following conditions apply:
- Return Window: Returns and refunds are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Condition of Items: All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Exclusions: Items that show signs of use, damage, or wear and tear may not be eligible for a refund.
